Zašto ne veceraš?<br><br>Koje pahuljice jedeš i s kojim jogurtom?<br>Zaboravi vocne jogurte, ako to jedeš, izbaci ih i jedi obicne 0,9 m.m.<br>Probaj si složiti da imaš oko 5 obroka, kad tijelo navikneš na to, kasnije ce ti biti to normalno.<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Zoki</span>]]>

Ovako to nekako <br />ide:š5 minuta orbitrek,zatim radim noge,š5 puta u 3 <br />serije (leg press,abductor,cucnjevi i još neke...ne znam <br />tocno ime)  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> . Slijedi bicikla š0-š5 minuta. Sprave <br />za biceps,triceps,trbušne i leđne (isto 3 serije-š5 <br />puta). I na kraju traka 30 minuta. Uglavnom sve osim <br />ramena i prsa (kruškolike sam građe <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> . A prehrana:za <br />dorucak neke pahuljice s jogurtom ili mlijekom,rucak <br />piletina-povrce-juhe-riba-komad kruha-vecinom takve <br />stvari,popodne jabuka ili naranca,ako me baš uhvati glad <br />onda ubacim grožđice,bananu ili bademe.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0"> Nedjeljom <br />si prijuštim neku cokoladu.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0"> Nema <br />međuobroka,prehrana mi je bezvezna znam... <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš1.gif" border="0">  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Zbog neuredne prehrane i pemalo <br />aktivnosti došla sam do 75 kg na š.73 cm visine ( stvarno <br />too much) <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0">. U 3 mjeseca skinula sam 5 kg uz teretanu i <br />zdravije hranjenje,cilj mi je skinuti još š0. Bila bi vam <br />stvarno zahvalna kad bi me savjetovali i uputili kako da to <br />ostvarim. Svaki savjet je dobrodošao,bilo da je rijec o <br />prehrani,vježbanju ili necem drugom. Hvala. :))]]>
