Ono u cemu stvarno uživam je trcanje, pocela sam prije nešto više od godinu dana, no kao što vidite vrijeme mi baš ne ide na ruku pa sam se odlucila na "zimsku strategiju" <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> Cilj je u naredna 3 mjeseca skinuti masnocu i izgledati opasno, željela bih si uz teretanu priuštiti i koji long run, po mogucnosti vani ukoliko vremenske prilike dozvoljavaju, a ako ne onda uvijek ostaje traka. U narednoj godini cu istrcati polumaraton.<br /><br /> Hranim se zdravo i gurman sam ovo ne mora biti oksimoron. Ujutro doruckujem voce, zobene s cimetom i bijelu kavu, rucak je obicno pecena puretina ili piletina s kuhanim ili pecenim povrcem, puno salate, quinoa, riža, rijetko jedem tjesteninu i krumpir.Vecera je cornflakes, jogurt, sir i sl. šecer ne konzumiram, kolaci samo ako su stvarno dobri, cokolada tamna. Kod mene dijete ne funkcioniraju, kad sam gladna onda želim jesti.<br /><br />Visina-š63<br />Težina-58<br />Grudi-89<br />Struk-7š<br />Bokovi-98<br />Godine - dovoljno<br /><br />Znam da je ovo tema predstavljanja, no ujedino bih je stavila i u temu "Transformiraj se!" pa bih molila pomoc oko toga.<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Hvala na citanju!<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Tinkerbelldotcom</span>]]>
