Tijelo je npr. po noci bez hrane cirka 7 sati, tako da je jako važno imati tajmirane obroke, pola sata više-manje nije važno, ali recimo da je svaka 3 sata najoptimalnije da se pojede kvalitetan obrok.<br></td></tr></table> slazem se<br>]]>

UH ali možeš pojesti s obzirom na to da mu kalorijska vrijednost nije velika..ali ako se vodiš za tim da tokom spavanja nekih 8 h(8x60 je oko 480 kcal)potrošiš 500 tinjak kcal zadnji obrok ne bi trebao prelaziti toliko ukoliko ne treniraš na vecer..]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6050">valkira</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3968<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2010 at 15:58<br /><br />&nbsp;dakle,<br><br>citala sam po forumu o prehrani, samo sto je meni to trenutno skroz zbunjujuce :)<br><br>pa ako mi mozete pojasniti par stvari ili potvrditi ;D<br><br>trebam jesti svaka 3 sata otprilike, s tim da kako obroci idu smanjuje se kolicina uh..(?)<br>s obzirom da se dižem oko 7-7 ipo a nakon toga trening, dorucak mi je ujedno i preWM, pa me zanima da li to ima ikakvog utjecaja na sastav koji treba biti?<br><br>sto da jedem za veceru a što za prije spavanja? tj, smijem li pojest npr. vocku navecer ili integralni tost sa posnim?<br><br>koliko bi dnevno trebala unositi uopce proteina a koliko ostalog? i kako to mjeriti? (imam 70 kg)<br><br>hvala, i sorry ako sam zapilala :D<br>]]>
