    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6045">King</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3961<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2010 at 11:51<br /><br />E hvala..Znaci moguce je imati dobru misicnu mase i <br />misice bez teretane???Radim vise vrsta skelekova <br />uski,vojnicki,siroki na jednoj ruci,na sakama isto tako i <br />zgibove uske,za ledja ,siroke svake vjezbe vise <br />kombinacija,  misici su se lijepo formirali znaci i ledja <br />i ramena i ruke i prsa ali nemam nesh puno mase.Ali <br />najvise me zanima kako vjezbati posto je potrebno 48 sati <br />odmora za misice ali oo su drugacije vjezbe od tegova pa <br />zanima da li treba raditi 2-3 puta sedmicno napraviti <br />sebi program svih tih vjezbi ili svaki dan vjezbati <br />skelekove,zgibove...KAKO POVECATI BROJ SKLEKOVA?Kako <br />vjezbati stomak i da li trbusnjake raditi svaki dan ili? <br />Sto se <br />tice prehrane poceo sam se kbvalitetno hraniti.Izvinjavam <br />se zbog toga sto sam toliko naporan ali sam neupucen i <br />zanima me.Hvala <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by King</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6045">King</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3961<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2010 at 00:09<br /><br />Pozdrav svima imam nekoliko pitanja i volio bi da mi <br />odgovorite.Neidem u teretanu pa me zanima da li je moguce <br />misice i misicnu masu dobiti bez tegova,radeci vjezbe kao <br />sto <br />su:sklekovi,trbusnjaci,zgibovi,cucnjevi,propadanje...Radi<br />o sam prije ove vjezbe i oblikovali su se misici i nije <br />mi trebalo puno vremena za rezultate,jedem kvalitetno ali <br />mi se misicna masa nije mnogo povecala.Pa me sad zanima <br />da li je moguce vjezbati vjezbe kod kuce,jesti kvalitetno <br />da bi dobio misicnu masu i misice.Da li je potrebno i <br />dobro uzimati neki whey protein ili aminokiseline.Koje <br />vjezbe raditi i koliko puta sedmicno raditi i po koliko <br />vremena?Kako se hraniti?Izvinite zbog ovoliko pitanja ali <br />nisam bas upucen.Hvalaa.<br /> <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>
