    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3842">GajbaPive</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3938<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2010 at 02:32<br /><br />dukanova dijeta - najgora moguca dijeta ikada izmisljena. <br>(prvo sam mislio da je dukanova sluzbeni naziv za ketogenu, al uz malo googla sam skuzio o kojoj se radi...) ketogena je atkinsova...<br>uglavnom, zasto je losa? zbog slicnog principa kao ketogena. <br>kod ketogene dijete se (gotovo) isprazne rezerve glikogena i onda tijelo prelazi u ketozu - energiju uzima iz masnoca. kako unos masnoca je manji od onoga sto je tijelu potrebno (jer si u deficitu kalorija), ostatak potrebnih kalorija ce tijelo uzeti iz tvoje tjelesne masti. <br>kod dukanove dijete je stvar slicna, samo sto tijelo onaj deficit kalorija nadomjesta i proteinima iz misica, pa nastaje katablizam, a to je stanje koje se uvijek mora izbjeci, radilo se o ''obicnom'' covjeku, rekreativcu, plesacici ili pro bb-u.<br><br>za mrsavljenje je najbitniji deficit kalorija. to se postize kombinacijom pravilne prehrane i vjezbanja. cikliranje UH je jedna od boljih oblika prehrane za mrsavljenje.
