Ponekad kad stignem odem na trcanje. Anyway danas sam trcala malo, nekih 3 km i posle toga radila iskorak i cucanj, ali sa tezinom od 20kg. Nisam ranije to radila, i ispalo je da sam jako slabasna. Bilo mi je tesko raditi cucanj. Kondicije imam, uvek izdrzim ceo trening tc-boa gde se puno skace i ume da bude naporno, ali ocigledno snage nemam. <br>Sta mislite koliko ponavljanja i serija treba da radim da malo poboljsam to. Narocito su mi slabe ruke... Inace planiram š nedeljno to da radim, jer samo vikendom mogu da stignem da idem u tu teretanu.<br>]]>

Posto je nova godina i nov pocetak i ja sam sebi <br />obecala da cu se vise potruditi, jer sporo napredujem i <br />nisam sasvim zadovoljna... Nasla sam jedan odlican <br />motivacijski blog, nadam se da nije protivno pravilima <br />foruma da stavim adresu jer je zaista odlican blog i mislim <br />da moze mnogo da pomogne za motivaciju i istrajavanje. (provjeri tablice) i nebi trebala pretjerivat.. sacica necega te nece ubit a moze ti smanjiti zelju za slatkim! <br>]]>

Nek' me ovi vicni nutricionisti isprave ako je to lose  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">  Ali npr. jedna kasika kakkaa u prahu ima neke smesne kalorije, nemerljive gotovo, rastvoris to u malo nemasnog mleka, tipa ono...0 ili 0,5 % mlecnih masti, ali ne uzmes neku soljetinu nego neku manju...I stavis cimet odozgo, posto hoce nekim ljudima da pomogne suzbijanju zelje za slatkisima.<br />Sad, nemam pojma koliko je to dozvoljeno u dijetama, odnosno kada se cilja na gubljenje kg. posto koliko sam videla u tablici kakao em sto ima brdo kalorija, em brdo UH-a a ima i masti(zacudih se), ali to je sve na š00 grama, koliko moze imati kasicica...5-6 grama?<br />Molim ljude da me isprave ako sam u krivu! <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"><br /><br />E sad, meni takodje pomaze suvo voce, sive kajsije ili suve sljive, pojedem malo toga uz neki caj i bas nemam toliku potrebu za slatkim posle.
