    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4366">Mini me</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3855<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2011 at 23:41<br /><br />turbulentno proljece, ljeto, posa, promjena mjesta, posla, istegnula ligament, pokvario mi se komp..<br>&nbsp;eto, razlozi zbog kojih se nisam javljala, a i manje trenirala.<br><br>više manje sam, u to vrijeme, sredila prehranu, iako svaka 3 dana malo gricnem sa strane, nešto slatko uglavnom, jer se moja mama svaka 3-4 dana odluci napraviti kolac <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#šš1;ngue" title="T&#šš1;ngue" /><br>3 kile su otišle, neprimjetno, jer jedem redovito uglavnom, radim puno pa se vjerojatno i tu izgubilo.<br><br>treniram i dalje insanity, plus neke vježbe za noge, ruke isl, ovisi ako imam vremena. još sam na tome, jer trenutno nemam kad ugurat tih 2h za teretanu a i vruce je. radije odem otplivati ako stignem.<br>stavit cu neke slike ovih dana koje sam neki dan slikala. <br><br>veliki pozz svima<br><br>]]>

Trebam neku dobru knjigu sa vježbama (ne za teretanu, nego više sa vježbama koje se mogu doma obaviti, sa pilates loptom, utezima, stolicom, trakom isl) koje su dobro objašnjene i imaju sliku uz vježbu.<br>Želim si složit neki program vježbanja, a lakše se u tome snalazim sa knjigama nego na kompu.<br>Zahvaljujem<br><br><br>]]>
