Trenira 6 dana tjedno za vrijeme sezone i treninzi mu uglavnom ne prelaze 75 minuta. Ovisno o dijelu sezone u kojem se nalazi, Ronnie zna ukomponirati i 2-4 sata na traci za trcanje s tim da uglavnom teži nižem intenzitetu i brzini koja odgovara 5 km/h. Veliki dio njegove prehrane je piletina koja mu je nužno potrebna da namakne dovoljnu kolicinu proteina.<br><br>Trenutno, Ronnie Coleman uzima 400 grama proteina dnevno, što je za 200 grama manje iz dana kada je, kako on sada tvrdi, izgledao preglomazno u srednjem dijelu tijela. Osim proteinske suplementacije, Ronnie koristi razlicite suplemente koji ukljucuju Nitrix, CellMass, NO Explode i Axis-HT zajedno uz vitamine. U javnost se ne izlazi s temom koristi li Ronnie steriode ili ne, ali velika vecina BB strucnjaka je uvjerena da koristi zbog njegove zapanjujuce mase i malog postotka tjelesnih masnoca.<br><br>Ukupno gledano, Ronnie Coleman ima reputaciju jednog od najjacih i najdiscipliranijih buildera današnjice, iako je rutinirano uzimao tri mjeseca predaha nakon Mr. Olympije kako bi rekuperirao svoje tijelo (više se ne natjece na Olympiji).<br>]]>
