Ja sam kombinirao MMA i teretanu tako što sam radio klasicne fullbody treninge, 3 puta tjedno. Samo zato da izbjegnem teške upale mišica jer borit se s teškom upalom mišica je nemoguce. što se tice eksplozivnosti, radi klasicne složene vježbe, znaci bez izmišljanja tople vode. Mrtvo dizanje, cucnjevi, potisci, veslanja, propadanja i vertikalna vucenja, nebi trebalo bit nikakvih problema.<br><br><br><br>]]>
