A ono, ja cesto znam pojest komad svinjskog buta i raženi kruh + puno povrca, pa ne primjetim neku razliku...<br><br>to ovisi od pojedinca do pojednica, ponajviše o inzulinskoj osjetljivosti <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br>]]>

Al to sa nekim drugim mastima+proteinima najcesce, npr. tunu uz jaja... <br>Nekako mi steta bacati zumanjak, u njemu ima dosta substanci koje su odlicne: cinka, kalija, kalcija, magnezija, vitamina A i vitamina E, vitamina D... Istina, i holesterola- al ako si zdrav nema veze... Samo ne pretjerivati...<br>E sad- sto se tice makrosubstanci- uz jaja najcesce izbjegavam UH, jer me onda boli stomak cijeli dan... P+UH+Masti meni nikako ne gode u jednom obroku.<br>]]>
