U pileca prsa utrljajte krušne mrvice, sir, sol i papar. Pecite u tavi s cešnjakom 2 do 3 minute po strani. Dodajte vruci umak od rajcice. Dodajte špinat i okrecite piletinu i miješajte oko 5 minuta.<br><br>izvor:centar-zdravlja.net]]>
