Definitvno odbaciujem Fitness žitarice i prelazim na zobene!! <br />A i bacam se na detaljno citanje foruma što se prehrane opcenito tice, tako da si mogu složit neki dobar tjedni meni! <br />Ako mi nešto ne bude jasno ja cu vas opet malo zagnjavit svojim pitanjima  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Moras se malo bacit na citanje foruma.. Dnevno treba jesti 5 do 6 obroka, proteini u svakom obroku, voce se svakako ne moze smatrat ni obrokom ni medjuobrokom.. Zadnja dva ili zadnji obrok su ti proteini i masti.. <br><br>Riza sa povrcem nije obrok... Nastoj jesti sto vise proteina.. Ujutro umjesto fitness zitarica bi mogla jesti zobene pahuljice.. <br>]]>

Za rucak se trudim spremit nešto lagano bez puno masti (kao i veceru), pa to obicno bude riža sa povrcem, integralna tjestenina sa kozicama ili riba npr.tuna. Ponekad nemam baš previše vremena pa jedem u menzi (pošto sam na faksu), a tamo nema baš velikog izbora nego uzmi što ti se nudi.<br />Pošto obožavam voce, svako poslijepodne obavezno ''slistim'' jabuku ili bananu.<br />Potpuno sam izbacila cokoladu, kekse, sladoled i te gluposti samo što dolazim u napast dok navecer gledam neki film, da pojedem koji cips ili kokice...<br />Tako otprilike izgleda jedan moj dan...<br /><br />Nije mi problem promijeniti nacin prehrane jer zaista volim voce, povrce, ribu isl. <br />Nekad žitarice pojedem 2x dnevno, pa me zanima jel to u redu ili da se ipak držim onoga: žitarice samo za dorucak?]]>
