Na istezanju se zapravo odmaraš, opuštaš, dolaziš k sebi.</P><P>Treba se i znat istezat na kraju treninga, al dobro dođe i po osjecaju ak imaš više iskustva.</P><P>Ne istegnem se dobro na treningu il se uopce ne istegnem, vec osjecam loše promjene tokom dana i dan nakon.</P>]]>

Ako postoje osjecaji boli ili nelagode raspone istezanja treba smanjiti kako bi se sprijecilo prekomjerno istezanje i oštecenja mišica.</p><p><strong>Dinamicko istezanje</strong></p><p>Dinamicko istezanje je zamjena za staticno istezanje u procesu zagrijavanja prije treninga ili aktivnosti i predstavlja skupinu pokreta koji su tipicni za vecinu sportova, ali se i mogu prilagoditi određenim sportovima. Dinamicko istezanje ukljucuje mišic u cijeli raspon pokreta, pocinjujuci sa malim rasponom i postepenim povecanjem raspona i brzine. Sastoji se od kontroliranih pokreta koji se nreplaze normalan raspon pokreta. Ukoliko dođe do prekoracenja tog raspona, onda možemo govoriti o blasitickom istezanju. Broj ponavljanja se izvodi do pojave osjeca umora, prosjecno nekih 8 do š2 ponavljanja.</p><p><strong>Balisticko istezanje</strong></p><p>Radi se o jako agresivnom istezanju gdje se mišici dovode do svojih granica i pokušavaju istegnuti pokretima izvan prirodnog raspona. Ova vrsta istezanje se rijetko preporucuje zbog mogucih povreda i nema bolji efekat istezanja od drugih, sigurnijih metoda, poput PNF ili aktivnog istezanja.</p><p><strong>Pasivno istezanje</strong></p><p>Radi se o istezanju koje se izvodi uz pomoc partnera ili nekog drugoh pomocnog sredstva. Istezanje sa partnerom se obicno koristi za istezanje donjeg dijela leđa i zadnje lože natkoljenice.</p><p><strong>Izometrijsko istezanje</strong></p><p>Izometrijsko istezanje je vrsta statickog istezanja gdje zapravo ne dolazi do pomjeranja zglobova,&nbsp; ali ipak dolazi do istezanja je postoji antagonisticka sila ili otpor. Tipican primjer je guranje nekog nepomicnog objekta bez ikakvih pokreta.</p><p ="font20"><strong>Redoslijed istezanja</strong></p><p>Preporucuje se istezanje mišica koji su sinergisti&nbsp; u vecini pokreta istezanja, jer ce pružati manji otpor prilikom istezanja primarnih mišica.</p><p>Strucnjaci savjetuju da se istežete prema slijedecem rasporedu:</p><p>š.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; gornji i donji dio leđa<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; bocne strane trupa<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stražnjica<br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; natkoljenice i prepone<br>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; listovi i lože<br>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; prednja strana potkoljenice<br>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; kvadriceps<br>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ruke<br>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; grudi</p><p><br></p><p>Dakle kao prvo, to je najbolje vrijeme za sprijecavanje ozljeda, a kao drugo, to je najbolji nacin za povecanje fleksibilnosti tijela. Prethodno spomenute zanstvene studije naglasavaju da se istezanjem nakon treniranja znatno smanjuju sanse za ozljede uzrokovane tim istim&nbsp; treningom. Ja cvrsto vjerujem u to.
