Znaci dnevno 2š00 da bi odrzavao tezinu. Smanjis unos na š800 i 300 kalorija si u deficitu. To ti je mjesecno nesto vise od š kg sala.<br><br>Moras jesti pametno, znaci znati koje namirnice konzumirati, kada, i sa cime.<br><br>Svakako jedes kompleksne ugljikohidrate sa proteinima u prvoj polovici dana. U drugoj polovici dana prelazis na proteine i povrce, a zadnji obrok ti budu proteini i masnoce (orasasti plodovi). Uglavnom, baci se na citanje foruma.<br>]]>

Problem je sta oko struka imam otprilike 3 cm sala... U vrlo sam dobroj fizickoj formi...</P><P>A sad najbitnije, sta da jedem uzinsanity program? izbacio sam kruh, sokove i slatko...</P><P>Mozete li mi preporuciti nekakav shake za brze mrsavljenje il neke namirnice ili pak mozda neko ima sluzbeni plan prehrane insanitya</P><P>MOLIM VAS DA MI STO PRIJE ODGOVORITE!</P><P>hvala <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
