    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5485">Karlo93</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3615<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 01:28<br /><br />&nbsp;pozdrav svima :) <br>evo novi sam ovdje...<br>inace... idem u teretanu 3 put tjedno.....<br>poceo sam trenirat u 9. mjesecu 2009 do 4 mjeseca 20š0 sam treniro 3 puta tjedno... fino izgubio oko 23kg... pao sam sa 93 na 68kg.. i onda fino dobio obostranu herniu (bruh)&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0"> koji sam operiro u 6. mjesecu i eo opet polako pocinjem trenirat... iako se mal nekako bojim odredene vjezbe radit.. pretezito za trbuh.. i nadam se da ce mi neko odavde dat savjet sta i kako... <br>i eto to bi bilo to.. za pocetak <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš1.gif" border="0"><br><br><br>]]>
