    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3591<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 18:23<br /><br />upiši si crunches u google pa si pogledaj malo slicice i video....znaci legneš na prostirku i dižeš ramena samo malo od poda, tek toliko da osjetiš zatezanje u abdominalnim mišicima...i dok ih radiš skoncentriraj se na njih, zamišljaj kako rade...vidjet ceš kako ceš ih osjetit, puno puno jace od ovih obicnih gdje veci dio pokreta preuzimaju pregibaci kukova...ovdje je fokus cisto na trbušnim mišicima...isto tako imaš i reverse crunch za pogađanje donjeg dijela..<br /><br />možeš ih i na lopti radit....]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5462">Niky17</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3591<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 21:31<br /><br />&nbsp;Uglavnom,ja nemam onak neke prevelike ciljeve,ne patim na misice i to.Voljela bi samo skinut salo sa trbuha da još više istaknem struk i malo podici guzu,koja je prirodno veca ali volim ju takvu,samo ju zelim malo podic i ucvrstit,inace volim oblik svog tijela.Dakle planiram nastavit sa tckwondoom 2 puta tjedno,uvest trcanje 3 puta tjedno i uz to bi htjela svaki dan radit doma neke vjezbe za te dijelove tijela,pa bi mi dobro dosla preporuka nekih vjezbi,jer vec dugo mucim muku sa trbušnjacima koje iskreno nhe znam radit,jer me uvijek bole leđa od njih :S <br>]]>
