    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5455">gugifit</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3588<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 16:06<br /><br />pozdrav ljudi, ovo je moj prvi post pa evo da probijemo <br />led. na internetu sam kupio P90X, s planom prehrane i svim <br />dvd-ovima... tamo sam dokucio koji je plan prehrane za mene <br />i sve to..sada mi treba savjet za dodatke prehrani, piše mi <br />da svaki dan moram šx dnevno uzet po protein bar i recovery <br />drink, te određeni iznos proteina samo pri nekom obroku, <br />meni nije jasno kako cu dobiti mišicnu masu ako samo jednom <br />dnevno konzumiram protein...te kako cu nadomjetiti protein <br />barove(što umjesto toga pojesti??)jer bih želio što manje <br />neprirodnih sastojaka unositi u tijelo...te preporuka za <br />protein, jer jako lako dobijem masu što ne želim..želim <br />dobiti dva kila najviše a otopiti salo...hvala puno <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> ]]>
