Zato uzmimo ovo više kao okvirno. Bazalni metabolizam može iznositi i puno manje od ovog, a onda se lako zeznemo i precijenimo za kalorije. Btw. ovo bi bio izracun za održavanje težine...znaci kad bi vec to i bilo tocno trebali bi rezat brojku na niže...<br /><br />Ovako...zašto se opterecivati tim brojkama uopce? Mislim da svi znamo od cega se debljamo i od cega mršavimo. Od svih silnih clanaka koji vrište iz casopisa i neta vec smo mogli pohvatat neke cinjenice. A da ne govorim o stvarima koje vrište iz ovog foruma. Ali ne...ajmo cekat da nam netko izracuna tocno broj kalorija koje trebamo unijet a do onda nastavljamo po starom..jel tako?  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Mens, bez primjera sadašnjeg jelovnika i malo više podataka o aktivnostima (šetnja - koliko cesto, kojim tempom, intenzitetom, u koje vrijeme...) i bez iskrene volje za promjenom ( koja btw. ne mora bit toliko velika ako je samo 5 kg u pitanju) svako naš odgovor je pucanj u prazno.....a mi ovdje ne trošimo metke bezveze  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />NHF]]>

Zato sam pitala vas, s tim sto nisam ni pretpostavljala da ce nekome to predstavljati&nbsp;toooooliko veliki problem.
