Ne idem u teretanu, vec imam <br />uglavnom sve potrebno doma. Cilj mi je zaokruit kilažu na <br />70 kg, naravno cim više mišica. Kulturu treninga imam od <br />6 godine, a od prošle godine sam ju nakon krace pauze <br />nastavil  održavat. Rekorde navedem kad ih bude XD <br />Trenutni program je:<br /><br />š. cucanj <br />2. Clean and press <br />3. Dizanje na vratilu (zgibovi) <br />4. Bench <br />5. Sklekovi <br />6.
