Npr. Omega-3, omega-6,omega-9.<br>Ove masti su rijetkeu mesu, to su vecinom tecne masti, npr. biljna ili riblja ulja, zasicene su puno cesce-stearisnka,palmitinska i slicne masti, ove su tzv. Pogotovo sto dosta ljudi koji jedu crveno meso upravo ne odvajaju loj/cistu mast od misica.
