Jer kad radiš sa šipkom jaca strana prsa dominira i preuzima veci teret na sebe, a kad radiš sa bucama i sajlama, svaka strana mora podic istu kilažu- znaci nema nejednakosti <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>-razvlacenje na cross mašini<br>-ravni i kosi potisak bucama<br>-razvlacenja sa bucicama<br>]]>
