    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5254">Let's do it!</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3445<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2010 at 08:20<br /><br />Pozdrav ljudi!<br /><br />Evo i mene ovdje, prvo sam proucila cijelu fitness <br />stranicu i onda sam pocela citati forum, svidjeli ste mi <br />se vi i teme pa sam se odlucila registrirati da mi i vi <br />budete podrška u pravilnom i zdravom mršavljenju.<br /><br />Imam 2š godinu, visoka š60kg, uvijek sam imala oko 55-60 <br />kg, bavila se tenisom, kick boxingom i rukometom a <br />rekreativno još i stolnim tenisom, badmintonom i odbojkom <br />za školu prije i onda sam stala i tako sam se zadnje <br />dvije godine pocela sve više i više debljati. Natukla sam <br />cak 30 kila viška, zasada sam skinula 4kg u tri tjedna <br />(sigurno samo voda), ali bez vježbanja, znala sam <br />oduvijek da je vježbanje jako važno ali znate ono "budem, <br />budem, sada radim pa cu sutra" i tako u krug i rekla sam <br />STOP! Skinula si neki video crobika i Beachbody insanity <br />pa cemo vidjeti. Cilj mi je kila tjedno. Mlada sam, imam <br />vremena, bolje polako zdravo i sigurno nego nikako :-)<br />Mislim da je to ok?<br /><br />Baš mi je drago da sam ovdje, pozdrav!]]>
