    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5538">mark</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3440<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 19:49<br /><br />&nbsp; Za povecanje maksimalnog broja ponavljanja je najbolje piramidalno opterecenje<br>evo ti jedan dobar program pa probaj<br>Zgibove radiš nadhvatom (dlanovi gledaju od lica) i podhvatom (prema licu)<br>Napraviš š zgib nadhvatom i odmah promjeniš hvat na podhvat i napraviš š zgib... to je prva serija i to brojiš kao jedan...<br>Dakle...<br>š (š zgib nadhvat + š zgib podhvat )<br>30sec odmor<br>2 (2 zgib nadhvat + 2 zgib podhvat )<br>30sec odmor<br>3<br>30sec odmor<br>4<br>30sec odmor<br>5<br>30sec odmor<br>4<br>30sec odmor<br>3<br>30sec odmor<br>2<br>30sec odmor<br>š<br><br>u nekoliko minuta napraviš 50 zgibova... ako ne možeš da ti je vrh piramide 5 skrati pa idi samo do 4 ili 3 pa sa vremenom povecavaj.<br>Meni je rekord 29 u komadu ali nadam se uskoro probiti granicu od 30<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0"><br>Eto probaj i ugodan trening.<br>]]>
