Plivanje je isto odlicno,prilicno naporno za pocetnika ali rade ti sve mišicne skupine,nemaš opterecenja za noge a pogotovo dobro djeluje na kralježnicu... U teretanu ni ne moraš precesto ako ne želiš biti neki bilder jel,tu i tamo se treba samo zategnit  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ]]>

U kombinaciji s pravilnom prehranom, kile polako i sigurno nastavljaju odlaziti :)<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1956">tusti</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3377<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2010 at 14:07<br /><br />Evo samo brzinski update, za one koje zanima :) Na kraju sam krenuo u teretanu, gdje zasad radim prsa, leđa i 30 minuta brzog hodanja (š0 min prije utega, za zagrijavanje, te 20 min nakon). Otišle su još cetiri kile u ovih mjesec dana, a također osjecam da se i s mišicima nešto događa :)<br><br>O plivanju cu svakako razmisliti, cisto za razbijanje monotonije... nije mi baš omiljena aktivnost, ali blizu kuce imam olimpijski bazen kojeg igrom slucaja mogu koristiti svakog dana i besplatno. <br>]]>
