Teretana vjerojatno još nece doci skoro na red jer si placa faks i još sto drugih stvari pa mora iskobinirati neke vježbe kod kuce.. Možda da onda nabavi utege i pocne s tim raditi za pocetak jer imamo samo bucice, ne znam koliko se s tim može...<br><br>U navedenim vježbama za donji dio leđa na <a href="https://www.fitness.com.hr/vjezbe/video/vjezbe-za-ledja.aspx" target="_blank" target="_blank">portalu</a> se spominju i leđnjaci pa sam zato pretpostavila da bi to bilo okej...<br><br>Nije da sad ima nekih preozbiljnih problema... Ima ljudi s puno gorim stanjem kicme i onih koji su imali teške povrede..on nije imao ozljeda, al problem ipak postoji, a nastao je zbog naglog rasta i zato što ga nitko nije uporno tjerao vježbati kad je bio klinac...Vjerujem da kad bi se mišici ojacali, da bi i kicma manje boljela, jer ipak treba nešto držati tu kicmu na okupu..<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by carmen</span>]]>

Drugo, soner je to malo pojasnio i slažem se s tim.</P><P>Na leđima imaš erektore, latove, trapez, terrese, treba i na to misliti. Decko od te cure ima, koliko sam shvatio ozbiljnijih problema i tme se treba pošteno pozabaviti a ne samo doc u teretanu i jacat leđa.</P>]]>
