Naravno da necu raditi samo jednu grupu misica toliko bar znam ali kao prioritet bih stavo grudi i ramena. Moji treninzi su 3 dana rada pa jedan odmora tako da obuhvatim sve grupe misica.&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=134">Ive_ri</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 335<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2007 at 23:32<br /><br />Slazem se, nemoj nikako se sad samo na to usredotociti , nego vjezbaj sve skupine misica, jer bi ti tijelo inace nakon duzeg neravnomjernog vjezbanja postalo neproporcionalno, a to nikako nije lijepo!<br><br>I nemoj sad mislit da ces u 2-3 mjeseca vjezbanja postic neznam kakve rezultate, budi strpljiv, vjezbaj i pazi na prehranu te mozes uzet te dodatke prehrani koji ti pasu i vidjet ces pomak, ali nista odmah i brzo<br><br>Samo polako, i uzivaj u vjezbanju i izgradnji svoga tijela<br>]]>
