Otprilike 2x20 sklekova i nekih 20-ak trbusnjaka (njih sam slabije radio)..<br><br>Sada sam potpuno izmijenio prehranu, trcim barem 2 puta sedmicno i svaki dan radim drugu grupu misica pa sada treninzi izgledaju otpilike ovako:<br><br>Trbusnjaci (3x20 ravno, bocno)<br>Sklekovi (3x20 uski, sirina ramena i siroki)<br>Ledja, nasao sam na http://www.coopersguns.com neke vjezbe pa radim sljedece (Single Arm Row jer imam jednu bucicu od š0 KG, Chin-up i cesto radim na razboju)<br>Noge (Cucnjevi i trcanje)<br>Ruke (Radim sa bucicom, sklekovi, vratilo)<br><br>Ako nije problem da mi Vi neke vjezbe predlozite, ili izmijenite ovo sto sada radim...<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by nhdš7</span>]]>
