Naravno, to je u slucaju ako bi bila u deficitu sa kalorijama, a zna se da nema mršavljenja bez deficita.<br><br>Tako da ti je bolje 2-3 put tjedno otici i u teretanu upravo radi održavanja miš. mase.<br>]]>
