Nije mi cilj skinuti x kg; nebitna mi je ta brojka, vec se malo utegnuti, ubiti nešto masti i poraditi na snazi bez da mi mišici budu prenaglašeni.<br><br>Prehrana... Najvece su mi greške previše ugljikohidrata i neredovita prehrana. Ne jedem meso, samo ribu 2-3 puta tjedno. Povrce i voce su prilicno dobro zastupljeni. Ne pada mi na pamet da se odricem necega :D&nbsp; Jedem sve, s tim da cu morati poceti izbacivati bijelo brašno. Slaju i 'ladu nikad i ni tad! :p<br><br>Trenutni je plan da odradim 30 Days Shred od Jillian Michcls, s tim da, kakve sam kondicije, bit ce to barem "60 Days", a nakon toga program Beachbody Insanity. Kasnije... Who knows? <br><br>A sad se bacam na istraživanje upale mišica. Prvi freaking stupanj, 24 male minute su me jucer toliko uništile da jedva micem noge... Danas sam pokušala vježbati - klin se klinom izbija, ne? - no ni trecinu nisam izdržala. <br><br>Mah-mah<br><br><br><br>]]>
