    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4843">Marko232</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3108<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 18:57<br /><br />evo moje ime je marko i imam š7 god.visok sam š.80 tezak 56kg..znaci sljedece godine pauzirem kako sam pao godinu i onda vecernju jer moja stare vise ne trpi..imat cu mnogo vremena za prehranu vjezbu pa sam odlucio svratit na vas forum da pitam par pitanja..kakva mi mora bit prehrana da se udebljam..sta da jedem????,kakve vjezbe da vjebam s utezima od 5 kg.da nebi jos smrsavio,kolko da vjezbam tjedno,i dal mi mozete preporucit neli whey,kreatin i jos nest sto mislite da bi pomoglo za podizanje misicne mase.i da se razumijemo meni ne smeta da dobim malo sala...i sta mislite da uzmem koj wheight gainr jer sam cuo da su smeca...molim da bi ste mi odg. na ova pitanja jer se mislim stvarno ozbiljo bavit s tim i nezim jos smrsavit od teretane..]]>
