Kako bi sprijecili okretanje na leđa tokom spavanja, postavite jastuk uz leđa kao barijeru.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Uzdignuta glava</span><br>Kod spavanja bez jastuka glava je u potpuno vodoravnom položaju, u kojem su i mišici nepca više opušteni. Stoga je bolje spavati sa što povišenijim jastukom kako bi glava bila što više u uzdignutom položaju.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Vježbanje</span><br>Svakodnevnom vježbom otvaranja i zatvaranja usta ojacat cete mišice celjusti, usta, jezika i nepca i onemoguciti njihovo opuštanje tokom spavanja, koje je uzrok hrkanju.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Izbjegavanje pretjerivanja u jelu</span><br>što je želudac ispunjeniji prije spavanja, to ce više biti zaposlen tokom spavanja. A u tom slucaju i san ce biti cvršci jer ce mišici u tijelu, pa tako i mišici nepca, biti opušteniji, što povecava glasnocu otežanog prolaza zraka kroz usta.<br>Isti ucinak na mišice imaju i alkohol, narkotici i sedativi, pa izbjegavajte njihovo konzumiranje prije spavanja.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Pravovremeno lijecenje prehlade i alergija</span><br>Otežano disanje uzrokovano prehladom ili alergijskim reakcijama također potice hrkanje, jer je u tom slucaju smanjen protok zraka kroz dišni sustav.<br>U slucaju prehlade potrebno je piti što više tople tekucine kako bi se što prije izlijecila.
