Da li ga treba piti poslije treninga pomješanog zajedno sa whey-om i grožđanim? Molim da mi netko malo pojasni,netko tko je vec uzimao creatine,znam za faze punjenja piše na proizvodu ali kada ga piti u kojim intervalima prije ili poslije jela,prije spavanja boooooo <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> hvala!<br>]]>
