Jedino što ti još treba je vaga. <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> š problem manje. <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Moraš naravno u pomocu nekog oblika sportske rekreacije koji ti najbolje odgovara potrošiti više kalorija nego što si unijela u danu da bi mogla smršaviti, ali teško mi je išta detaljnije reci o jelovniku jer si rekla da imaš dijabetes, a o tome nisam upucena. ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4675">tetka</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2938<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 12:31<br /><br />&nbsp;pozdrav svima!<br><br>&nbsp;s obzirom da vec neko vrijeme proucavam ovaj site i da vidim kako ovdje ima puuuuno ljudi koji bi mi sa svojim savjetima i dragocjenim iskustvom mogli pomoci odlucila sam vam se pridružiti.<br><br>za pocetak da napišem zašto sam ovdje <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>imam 22 godine , problem s viškom kila oduvijek , ali nikad kao sada! inace sam 7 godina profesionalno plesala i time držala kile i tijelo pod kontrolom ,ali su ta vremena davno iz mene - operacija u bolnici , mirovanje i kad je došlo vrijeme da se vratim izgubila volju. malo se ulijenila i kile se nakupile...<br><br>i sad me sve stiglo! dijabetes tip 2 dijagnosticiran nedavno ,85 kila na š65 cm i borba je zapocela! <br><br>dobila sam propisani unos kcal dnevno (š300) i to je to. s obzirom da me dokacila doktorica kojoj se nije dalo pretjerano zamarati sa mnom - sve je ostalo na meni.<br><br>i zato sam ovdje - trebam vasu pomoc u planiranju obroka , nekoga tko se razumije u nutricionizam i tko bi bi mi mogao pripomoci u sastavljanju jelovnika (jer ja definitivno ne znam to sama i ne znam koliko je š300 kcal!)<br><br>proucavamo mi tako vec danima stranice , znam šta smijem i šta ne - nije lako!<br><br>odlucila sam se obracunati sa kilama , šecerom i hormonima koji luduju!<br><br>može malo pomoci?<br><br>]]>
