Bio na masi ili na definiciji (mršavljenju), whey uvijek dobro dođe.<br><br>Također, poslije treninga plivanja, ista kombinacija ce dobro doci.<br>Nakon toga možeš (cca. šh kasnije) onda neki konkretni obrok u stilu - smeđa riža + piletina.<br><br><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Zoki</span>]]>
