    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3180">Furai</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2889<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 17:22<br /><br />Gle, ukratko, što se ishrane tice, prelistaj FAQ, tamo piše ukratko manje više sve što treba.<br>što se tice mase, ako nemaš staža u teretani, po mom mišljenju trebao bi prvo krenuti sa nekim klasicnim split programom, dok se malo ne uhodaš i dok ne nauciš pravilno izvođenje vježbi, pa tek onda preci na malo zahtjevnije programe, tipa upper/lower, full body i ostale.<br>Uglavnom, generalni savjet, drži se složenih vježbi, kao što su cucnjevi, deadlift, military press, bench press, veslanja, zgibovi, propadanja. <br>Gledaj da radiš ravnomjerno kompletno tijelo, da ne bi poprimio izgled ala. Johny Bravo, trup i ruke masivne a nogu nigdje, to jako grdo izgleda.<br>Eto sada, složi si nešto konkretno, pa se javi da možemo dalje diskutirati.<br>]]>
