Uglavnom, to je prilicno bolno i <br />uopce nemam ideju što da napravim po tom pitanju.<br /> <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0"> <br />cini mi se da ide na bolje sad vec, ali što se radi u <br />takvim slucajevima?<br /><br />Slijedecih dana vježbati trbuh ili ne?<br /><br />To se pocelo jutro nakon dana u kojem sam vozila oko 8h <br />bicikl, po brdovitim predjelima, uzbrdo i nizbrdo. <br />Kvadricepsi su plakali vecinom tog puta, a kasnije kao da <br />ništa nije bilo (osim kad opet vozim bicikl), ali <br />trbuuuh, boli, booli!!!<br />Help!<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Ann</span>]]>
