Znaci da svaki dan forsiraš iste mišicne skupine..dan za danom...ne dopuštaš im odmor, a to im treba, znaš  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" border="0"></td></tr></table> <br><br>Hvala <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>Znam ja sve to,ali ovako super napredujem pa ništa ni ne mjenjam..i znam da je premalo samo jedan dan u tjednu imati za odmor iako nekad i nedjeljom cak odradim makar samo DVD od Cindy-ke <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"><br><br>..gnjavim muža da mi pomogne napraviti plan treninga,jer se dosta kuži i bavi se BB oko 6 godina,pa nikako.. (radi u vojsci,nema ga baš cesto doma,a i kad je doma riješavamo neke obaveze i uvijek kaže slijedeci put..)<br><br>ako je netko voljan reci samo kako da podijelim mišicne skupine po danima,a vježbe znam koje su.. <br>radim sve serije 3x20 neke 5x20 (guzu,trbušnjake..) jel to ok? Prije kad sam trenirala radila sam na pocetku 3xš5 ,a onda š5,š2,š0,8..<br>]]>
