To sve zahvaljujuci pilatesu i jogi.</P><P>Istezljivost se moze izvjezbati isto kao i sve ostalo. Vazna je zato kaj dobro djeluje na ligamente i tetive. Istezanje misica je suprotno od kontrakcije, to dvoje je akcija i reakcija, a nikad nije dobro forsirati samo jedno, potrebna je ravnoteza. Istezljivost je vazna kod raznih&nbsp;trzaja, jer je manja mogucnost ozljede.</P><P>Samo istezanje ne smije biti na trzaj, nego polagano istegnuti i drzati neko vrijeme u polozaju te lagano izaci iz polozaja. Ne smije biti bolno, ali mora se osjetiti.</P>]]>
