Corny cokoladica ne škodi prije treninga. Istrošit ce to za vrijeme treninga.. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> Također je bitno da nakon treninga ima konkretan obrok.    <title>Mama :) : On nastavu ima ujutro i nema sanse...</title>

U 9.45 imaju skolsku marendu, dosta dobro organiziranu,jer imaju kuhanu (osim petkom, kad jedu kroasane, pizzu isl.) - to kuhano je š dan tjestenina, 2.dan gulas sa krumpirom, 3.dan varivo (grah,grasak isl. sa hrenovkama), 4. dan riza..(otprilike). Kuci je oko š4.20 i onda ruca (npr. jucer grah, prekjucer blitvu i polpete, danas ..jos cemo vidjet ali vjerojatno tjestenina sa tunjevinom..i sli..). Oko š8.00 je opet gladan tad nesto skuham ali ne prekomplicirano (palacinke, griz, jaja isl.). Oko 20.00 je obicno nesto mljecno (jogurt,cokolino,puding,cornflakes). Uglavnom kombiniram svaki dan. S tim da kad ide na trening obavezno uzme sendvic jer ne izdrzi do doma (kruh,sir, sunka). I da, tokom popodneva mu&nbsp;''serviram'' voce (jer se on ne bi&nbsp;sjetio) - jabuku,narancu, bananu..ovisi sta imamo kuci. </P><P>To je otprilike njegov dan.</P><P>S druge stane, njegov&nbsp;devetogodisni brat ima istu prehranu (osim sta mu&nbsp;je skolska marenda ''suha'') ima š trening plivanja manje i nema&nbsp;nikakvih problema sa energijom&nbsp;(ima cak i previse) ali ima malog ''skembica'' - ne&nbsp;prevelikog ali ono..vidi se. Ima š2 god. Ono sto me </P><P>brine je da je cesto umoran. Ne znam mogu&nbsp; li mu dati neke </P><P>''dodatke prehrani''.
