Napokon sam se <br />odlucila registrirati i jer sam nova u svijetu zdrave prehrane i vježbanja i <br />svaki savjet ce mi dobro doci.<br />Vec 2 mj idem u teretanu 4x tj i skinula sam 5 kg (znaci sada imam 60kg i <br />visoka sam š70cm) cilj mi je do ljeta jos 3-4kg i nakon toga se &#8220;isklesati&#8220; <br />u sljedecih godinu dana. Vježbam laganini: š0 min orbitreck, sprava za <br />trbušne i leđa, zatim 2 sprave za noge i guzu, nakon toga 60 min brzog <br />hodanja. što se tice moje prehrane, ovako izgleda:<br />DORUcAK: šalica žutog ili zelenog caja, 2 tosta sa marmeladom, jogurt i <br />naranca ili jabuka<br />ili zobnene pahiljice sa mlijekom, naranca ili jabuka<br />RUcAK:puno salate, riža, kuhano povrce, jedan dan piletina, pa riba šxtj, <br />crveno meso lešo, svaki dan nešto drugo kombiniram<br />VEcERA:kuhano povrce ili salata<br />kada me puca kriza za slatkim ili opcenito za jelom grickam bademe, <br />grožđice i kikiriki.<br />eto to je to za sada.. <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"> ]]>
