Obavezno sredi tu veceru - 2 jabuke prije 6 su niš, a ne vecera ;) I da...slobodno jedi nakon 6 ...<BR>2. S cim jedeš zobene ujutro?<BR>3. Nije potrebno odvajat krumpir/meso, rižu/meso i tome slicno....samo se pobrini da ti se kroz tjedan što više tih obroka za rucak sastoji od povrca sa nekim izvorom proteina, a onda povremeno, š-2x tjedno ubaci neke gore navedene ugljikohidrate,&nbsp;i skombiniraj ih sa nekim lisnatim povrcem i opet proteinima..<BR>4. Opcenito ti fali proteina,&nbsp;a i povrca&nbsp;- imaš meso, jaja, tunu, ribu opcenito, mlijecne proizvode....ukomponiraj ih negdje ;)&nbsp;<BR>5. Ne znam kakav je trening i da li što jedeš nakon njega ali ako ne, to bi trebalo promijeniti...</P><P>Bravo za te 4 kg ali pazi na to da ne jedeš premalo jer mi se cini da je tako....nije ti u cilju usporavati metabolizam, jest si mišice i gubit vodu....moraš uposlit masne naslage, a za to ti trebaju pravilne kombinacije pravilnih namirnica i jedan mudro složeni trening <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
