    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3665">zilla</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2383<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2010 at 19:31<br /><br />&nbsp;Dobro malo sam se ja pogrešno izrazio to u vezi definicije... naravno, znam i ja da nije isto kad neko želi da izgubi kg i da se izdefiniše... <br><br>Ako želi da smrša, po meni nebi trebalo jesti bar 2h prije aktivnosti a ujedno i taj obrok prije treninga bi trebao biti lagan bez puno UH... <br><br>A posle treninga treba uzeti neke brze UH ali ne pretjerano i naravno proteine... baš nedavno sam negdje procitao da je dobro cokoladno mlijeko odma nakon treninga... studije kažu da ima cak bolji ucinak i od ovih "carobnih" napitaka koje prodaju....<br><br><br>]]>
