Sklekovi obicni: ruke u širini ramena<br>2. Sklekovi uski: ruke uže od širine ramena<br>3. Sklekovi široki: ruke šire od širine ramena<br>4. cucanj duboki<br>5. Polucucanj: natkoljenica paralelno sa podom<br>6. Iskorak prema naprijed<br>7. Podizanje na prste<br>8. Trbušnjaci ( podizanje trupa)<br>9. Trbušnjaci ( podizanje nogu)<br>š0. Sklopka ( podizanje trupa i nogu istovremeno)<br>šš. Leđnjaci ( podizanje trupa ležeci licem prema dolje)<br><br>Zagrijavanje:-3 minute visoki skip<br>-2 min niski skip<br>-skokovi(naprijed,nazad,lijevo,desno)<br>-istezanje od glave do pete<br><br>Prvi krug:<br>š.
