Mrvica vegete i papra.<br />Nekada s malo pasirane rajcice,nekada bez. <br />Nešto posnog sira.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1938">Kate</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2244<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2010 at 14:19<br /><br />Ivka <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Kad smo vec kod tikvica, evo šta ja zadnje vrime znam napravit:<br />(Za š person)<br /><br />š KRUMPIR narezat na manje komade i stavit kuhat lagano u malo blago posoljene vode-tek toliko da ih prekrije. <br />TIKVICE š vecu ili 2 manje narežem na kolutice/šnitice dodati nakon cca š0 min i sve skupa krckati da ispari cim više vode(ako treba - malo i izbaciti te vode).<br />Tako nekih š5 min i na kraju dodati malo pasirane rajcice. Izmiješati i pustiti još vrutak-dva i na kraju dodati svježi peršin nasjeckani.<br /><br />To ispadne ko neki lagani cušpajz i jako dobro ide uz pecenu piletinu i salatu.<br /><br /> <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br /><br /><br />]]>

Ista stvar s blitvom, špinatom, brokulom, cvjetacom....<br />Moze i bez zlice vrhnja ali je s njim puuuno ukusnije, mislim da nije prekaloricno,ili?<br />]]>
