Osim pilates lopte, koristim i bucice (doduše od škg, ali i to je nešto za pocetak - ionako dižem uteg od 8kg svaki dan :)), a mislila sam ubaciti i one utege s pijeskom što se stave oko noge. Jel to ok? Nego, moram priznati da rijetko gdje vidim da se jede juha... gledala sam malo jelovnike i nema ih baš cesto... ja sam jedno vrijeme bila na š00% makrobiotickoj prehrani (e da mi je vratiti se :)) i od onda imam naviku svako jutro, prije dorucka, pojesti tanjur miso juhe... samo povrce (mrkva, brokula i karfiol) i ponekad ubacim žlicu integralne riže. Mislim da ona ne bi trebala biti problem... ili se varam?<br />Hvala!!]]>

Dobro, još je ucinkovitije kad se radi o treningu utezima - jer se takvim treningom potroši glikogen&nbsp;koji se nalazi u mišicima i jetri (skladišteni ugljkohidrati), te tako, crobnim treningom nakon treninga snage lakše&nbsp;mobiliziramo masne naslage nego da smo prvo krenuli sa crobnim - a i manje smo umorni te ucinkovitije odradimo trening snage sa punim glikogenom.</P><P>No, u slucaju pilatesa je potrošnja glikogena ionako nešto slabija pa te to nebi trebalo zabrinjavati....sigurno da možeš spojit to dvoje tako da crobni odradiš nakon pilatesa, to bi bilo super ali nema nikakve frke ako kardio odvojiš - naprotiv,&nbsp;2 ceš puta ubrzati metabolizam&nbsp;<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

Probala sam danas vježbanje s malim, malo je reci da je bio van sebe (nažalost, u negativnom smislu)...&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> <br />Nego, procitala sam da na FAQ-u da ukoliko želimo skinuti kilograme, prvo odradimo trening snage pa kasnije crobni... ja sam mislila sad kad zaspi odraditi trening s pilates loptom, a navecer kad muž bude doma, orbitrek... ima li to smisla ili ta dva treninga moraju biti jedan za drugim, bez velike pauze? Hvala]]>
