    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3639">ninchica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2182<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2010 at 09:47<br /><br /><P>mrzim proklete trbušnjake iz dna duše! srecom, imam onu lopturinu za vježbanje, pa se to da izvesti i na zabavniji nacin. mislim da mi dobro ide zasad, ovo trckaranje po doma daje rezultate,a i oznoji pošteno. kombiniram s ostalim vježbicama ovisi kakve sam volje. onaj dan odmora potrošim vani u šetnji. </P><P>nisam nikad imala celulit, onaj vidljivi, mislim da mi se mast topi, mišici se polako vide, pa sad se i celulit nazire. a valjda ce otici upornošcu.uglavnom, dragi moji, navijajte za mene i ako netko mazne veliku lovu na lotu ili kladionici, smilujte se, skratite mi muke, donirajte mi za Glumicica. vratit cu vam doživotnom zahvalnošcu i možda s malo vrijednog rada....</P>]]>

Odlicnu vijacu mozes kupit za 50ak kunova, a s njom mozes cuda napravit. Meni je odlicna, izmori me duplo vise nego trcanje. Malo upornosti i kad se savlada tehnika, predobro je. Ono, probaj, i da ti se ne svidi nisi skupo prosla.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3639">ninchica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2182<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2010 at 12:51<br /><br />&nbsp;u prvih par minuta lagana šetnja, par koraka naprijed-nazad, par sa strane, par podizanja koljena, i te osnove zagrijavanja. zatim se hoda sve brže isto s izmjenom podizanja koljena, koji okret i tako to traje. kad osjetim da sam se dovoljno zagrijala malo ubrzam korake (za razliku od Leslie), pa ima tu i laganog trckaranja, pa opet onda kad vidim da mi je puno, malo uvalim brzo hodanje, pa lagano hodanje pa opet onda ubrzam. ona mi zapravo samo pravi društvo, kao poticaj, tempo mi dirigira tijelo. jedan program je 68 minuta, od 5 milja, ali to mi je nekako malo, pa odmah nastavim s još jednim od 3. ali ne uvijek. nekada zapravo nemam ni vremena nego samo tih 5 milja. na kraju se tempo spušta na lagano hodanje i na kraju istezanje mišica.]]>
