Mislim da je nekom ektomorfu cisto svejedno kad mu metabolizam ionako luduje 0-24 <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">&nbsp;Možeš recimo&nbsp;i utege ranije odradit pa neki HIIT predvecer/navecer (osim ako misliš odvajat crobne i ancrobne dane i ako ti to nije too much).</P><P>a kombinacije su uvijek poželjne, odaberi jednu varijantu pa promijeni nakon nekog vremena...</P>]]>

Sada polako proucavam forum i skupljam ideje za 6 mjesecni plan vježbe.<br>Dal' je bolje vježbati samo ujutro ili samo navecer? Vidim na forumu podosta korisnih savjeta koji ce mi svakako pomoci da riješim svoj problem sa težinom. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0"><br>Naime, sa svojih š85 cm visine, i trenutnih š00.6 kilograma odlucio sam da je krajnje vrijeme za povratak na mojih 92-94 kg, a kada cu vec to i provoditi neka to napravim kvalitetno uz Vaša iskustva i pomoc <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br><br>Zašto trebam pomoc? Zato što sam jucer, nakon 20 minuta vježbe dobio takvu upalu mišica da se jedva krecem<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš1.gif" border="0">. Nekim bolesnim tempom, k'o zadnji idiot trcao sam i radio cucnjeve istovremeno(nekih š,5 km pretcao, nekih 80 cucnjeva napravio). Propisno sam se zagrijao<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">, ali sam se malo precjenio<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0">.<br><br>Inace, kad to vrijeme dozvoli vozim bicikl, cca 500 km mjesecno prođem, stekao sam super kondiciju preko ljeta, a zahlađenje i kiša natjerali su me na pospremanje bicikla, a unos hrane je ostao na istoj razini i fizicka se aktivnost smanjila skroz. Posljedica je toga u 2 mjeseca povecanje mase sa 94 kg na š00 kg. <br><br>Sad iz dva razloga obavljam registraciju na forumu.<br><ul><li>dobijem pomoc ljudi koji su ono što mene ceka vec prošli</li><li>da na ovakav nacin imam poticaj i snagu za borbu protiv viška kilograma, a usto i za formiranje svog tijela <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></li></ul><br><br>]]>
