Teško je odrediti idealnu težinu, ona koja je nekom drugom idealna na istu visinu, ne znaci da ce i tebi biti takva! Zato je sve to relativno i ovisi o, između ostalog,&nbsp;omjeru mišicne mase i masnog tkiva. Ako ti imaš kvalitetnih recimo 70 i više kg na tu visinu, to može izgledati samo bolje, nikako gore, bez obzira što je po nekim tablicama tih tvojih 60 kg idealno (to mi više curama odgovara <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">).</P><P>Vjerojatno znaš i sam što trebaš jesti, a jesti MORAš. što više "cišce" hrane uvrstiš u jelovnik i to raspodijeliš u više obroka na dan, uz to još intezivno treniraš, rezultati ce doci sami od sebe, a kad, to ovisi o tome koliko budeš uporan, i o genetici naravno :)</P><P>Mislim da bi na tvoju težinu trebao pripaziti da uneseš cca 2500 kcal (ne znam dal ce se ekipa složiti, to su neki moji proracuni :)). Na pocetku se korisno malo upoznat sa kalorijskim vrijednostima namirnica da se znaš orijentirat i izracunat otprilike koliko unosiš, a onda ti s vremenom to postane navika pa znaš od oka. Ovisno o vagi ceš kasnije vidit - ako težina stoji na mjestu, digneš za još cca&nbsp;200 kcal, ako težina raste, na pravom si putu.</P><P>Uglavnom, dobro&nbsp;jedi i treniraj - simple like that <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

Kad budeš zadovoljan s onim što vidiš u ogledalu onda je to to. A sad koliko ceš skidat na definiciji zavisi koliko si se zamastio, odn koliko si pazio na hranu u ciklusu mase. Zavisi i koji si konstitucijski tip. Ako si ektomorf, teško ceš dobivat na masi ali ti zato nece bit potrebno puno skidat u def, ako si endo, onda vjerojatno hoceš, itd... </P>]]>
