Ako težiš k zdravoj prehrani ovo ti je jako loš savjet i svi ce me popljuvati, ali.. jebi ga.<br /> <br /><br />Probaj brojati kalorije. Meni to pomaže da se kontroliram.<br />što manje pojedem ujutro, što bolje rasporedim obroke tijekom dana do š500 kcal dnevno (lažem uvijek prekoracim tu kolicinu, ali trudddimm seee). I najbolje je ne veccrati ako si sklona debljanju u struku i trbuhu. Poslije š7 sati ništa.!]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3343">janja</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1983<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2010 at 15:19<br /><br />Mimaš8 dobrodošla <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> Evo i ja sam nova ovdje pa neka ovo bude moj prvi savjet tebi.Ovako što se prilagođavanja na potpuno novu prehranu tice pocela sam doruckovati svako jutro i piti 3litre vode na dan.Naravno vježbanje je tu bilo prisutno također.Kasnije sam se odrekla kasnih i obilnih vecera i kako se dan bližio kraju završavala sam ga sa proteinima a ne kao prije junkom.Probaj uvesti neke promjene,cak i ako ne doruckuješ ujutro vjeruj mi pocni jer to je meni najbolji obrok u danu onako kad jedva cekaš jutro da navališ na zobene<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">.Želim ti da budeš uspješna i ako pocneš kiksati ne brini i digni glavu gore!!!<br>]]>

Poradi na stabilnosti uma i samokontroli, pocni osluškivati signale svog tijela jer je pametnije nego što misliš <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Zatim, svakako se detaljnije informiraj o kvalitetnoj prehrani  - na Forumu pod NUTRICIONIZAM, DIJETE I DODACI PREHRANI imaš odgovore na manje-više sva pitanja i nedoumice vezane za tu temu.<br /><br />I naravno, zavoli fizicku aktivnost, pronađi svoj nacin tjelovježbe i uživaj u njoj. Ukoliko primijetiš da se ne snalaziš najbolje, ne treba štedjeti novac na dobrom osobnom treneru koji ce te uputiti koje vježbe bi bile najbolje za tebe i kako ih izvoditi.<br />Svakako preporucujem cim više dobre stare šetnje - miksaj brzo i polagano hodanje i opet - OPUSTI SE!
