Kakvi su rezultati u prvih mjesec dana?</P><P>3.&nbsp;Vježbaš li išta osim toga?</P><P>4. Kakva je prehrana?</P><P>I na kraju, opet cu ponovit....ovdje nitko nije prorok da zna odredit tocan datum ocekivanja rezultata - to ovisi o puno toga - o trenutnom stanju tijela, o dobi, o metabolizmu, prehrani, treningu...bla bla...uglavnom - što budeš discipliranija u kuhinji i treningu, a i u spavanju&nbsp;rezultati ce brže doc, ok? <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
